獎酬制度、人力資本對家族企業公司績效之影響

摘要


本研究以2018年至2020年國內上市公司為主要的研究對象,探討企業是否透過獎酬制度的強化,以及人力資本的觀點提昇企業的獲利。獎酬制度依劃分為主要經理人現金股票分紅、現金分紅、股票紅利,對公司績效之衡量,人力資本的管理納入公司經營策略中,創造出公司整體價值、增進組織績效。主要探討獎酬制度變數、人力資本變數、家族企業變數,對公司績效之影響亦或是干擾。本研究結果顯示獎酬制度變數中對財務績效及公司價值有顯著性影響,與家族企業交乘項後呈現出負項顯著影響,人力資本亦具顯著影響公司績效。

This study takes domestic listed companies from 2018 to 2020 as the main researchobject, and explores whether companies can improve their profitability through the strengthening of the reward system and the perspective of human capital. The reward system is divided into cash and stock dividends, Cash dividends, and stock dividends for key managers. The measurement of company performance and the management of human capital are incorporated into the company's business strategy to create overall company value and improve organizational performance. It mainly discusses the variables of reward system, Human capital, and family business, Which influence or interfere with the company's performance. The results of this study show that the variables of the reward system have a significant impact on financial performance and company value, and show a negative and significant impact when combined with family businesses. Human capital also has a significant impact on company performance.
