本研究利用問卷調查方式,就功能價值、金錢價值、環境關注、自我效能等正向因子,慣性、隱私關注等負向因子,再加上人際影響因子,並以年齡、年收入、行動裝置上網經驗為控制變數,來探討對用戶電子帳單服務使用意願之影響。調查問卷採用網路問卷方式進行發放,共收集有效樣本322份,後續使用結構方程模式進行資料分析,確認環境關注、自我效能、慣性、人際影響等因子對用戶電子帳單服務使用意願有顯著影響;而在有電子帳單使用經驗及無電子帳單使用經驗分組樣本中,慣性因素對用戶電子帳單使用意願的影響有所不同。提供台灣自來水公司推廣電子帳單服務業務時參考,提高用戶申辦率,以期對環境保護有所助益。
This study explored the positive and negative factors of the adoption of the electronic billing service provided by Taiwan Water Corporation. An online questionnaire was used and the data of 322 valid collected samples were analyzed by Structural equation modeling approach. The result displayed that environmental concern, self-efficacy, inertia and interpersonal influence affect the user's intention to use the electronic billing service , and functional value, monetary value, privacy concern and control variables such as age, year income, and the using experience of mobile devices do not. And inertia has the different influence between the user groups who has used e-bill service and who has never used. The conclusion of this study will provide the reference for Taiwan Water Corporation in the e-bill business promotion.
