水泥砂漿裂紋肌理工法之空間意象研究

摘要


水泥材料在建築領域上的貢獻,自古羅馬時代至今,仍然佔有極為重要的地位,應用的領域也越來越多元化,從建築結構的建材,發展到室內設計,室外景觀裝飾材料,甚至在精品、藝術、家飾產品都可以看到使用水泥砂漿材料的應用,過去裂紋常見於古瓷上,可顯示出工藝技術與文化脈絡的價值,本研究嘗試採用水泥砂漿製作裂紋肌理水泥磚,將自然紋理帶入室內空間中,讓居家氛圍與藝術合為一體,提高裝飾的效果。 產品的表面肌理為設計中常見得表現手法,目前市面上的水泥產品裝飾材料,以清水模素面肌理形式呈現較為多數,肌理與色彩變化較少,雖然有應用水泥砂漿製作仿大理石紋理的建材,但價格較高,大多為大型板材,運送成本高。本研究設計小型模組的裂紋水泥磚,可在室內設計建材中找到新的契機。 大自然的肌理是設計師喜歡的設計元素之一,例如木紋、石紋、水紋等等,因此本研究嘗試使用水泥砂漿材料,在製作過程中掌控不同變項,呈現不同紋理疏密的仿自然裂紋,並應用現今已廣泛使用的感性工學研究方法,找出消費者感性偏好與工法之關聯。透過因素分析與逐步迴歸分析,結果顯示消費者對於14個空間意象形容詞的認知由「舒適療癒因素」與「個性質感因素」構成。而偏好評價中影響最大因素為「時尚的」。使用ANOVA分析消費者對於12個樣本的偏好度差異,結果呈現顯著性影響。S-N-K分析結果顯示,有設計背景與無設計背景的消費者,對於12個水泥砂漿裂紋肌理水泥磚樣本的空間感性意象與偏好度一致。利用數量化一類分析了解消費者的感性需求與裂紋肌理水泥磚製作工法四個變項的關聯性,結果顯示表層厚度、乾燥時間、施壓模式、裂紋顏色等四個變項中,最佳組合是採用水泥砂漿30公克製作表層厚度,乾燥時間為一小時,施壓裂紋模式為斜面緩坡方式,裂紋顏色以白色為表面色,黑灰為裂紋色,呈現仿石紋自然裂紋肌理。期盼本研究能夠在室內設計建材領域中,將水泥裝飾材料增添小型模組化水泥磚的多樣性與提高藝術感。

The contribution of cement materials in the field of construction has still occupies an extremely important position since the ancient Roman era. This application became more and more diversified, from building materials for building structures to interior design, outdoor landscape decoration materials, and even in boutique, art, and home decoration products. Those cans be seen in the application of cement mortar materials. In the past, the cracks on the ancient porcelain that has extremely high cultural value. This study used cement mortar to make cracked the texture cement bricks to bring natural textures into the room. In the space, the home atmosphere and art are integrated, also to improve the effect of decoration. The surface texture of the product is a common expression technique in design. The most of the cement product decoration materials on the market are presented in the form of plain surface texture, with less texture and color varying at present. Although there are cement mortars for making marble-like building materials, the price is relatively high with the highly transportation cost. In this research, the small modular molds design in the production of cement bricks with cracked texture would be the new opportunities in interior design and building material. The texture of nature is one of the design elements that designers like, such as wood grain, stone grain, water grain, etc. Therefore, this study used cement mortar materials to control different variables during the production process what to present different textures and densities, and also to imitate the natural cracks by the perceptual engineering research methods which have been widely used today to find out the relation between consumer perceptual preferences and construction methods. After using the factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis, the results show that consumers' cognition of 14 spatial image adjectives is composed of "comfort healing factors" and "personality factors". The most influential factor in preference evaluation is "fashion". Using ANOVA to analyze the difference in consumer preference for 12 samples, the results showed a significant impact. S-N-K analysis results show that consumers with design background and without design background have the same spatial image attributes and preferences for 12 cement mortar crack texture cement brick sample. A quantitative analysis method has been used to obtain the correlation between the consumer's perceptual needs and the four variables of manufacturing method of the crack texture cement brick. The results show the best combination of the four variables including surface thickness, drying time, pressure mode, and color. The thick layer of surface used 30 grams cement mortar with an hour dry time. The pressure mode is slope pressure, and the color is a combination of white, black and gray. This research is hoping that this research can add the diversity of small modular cement bricks and enhance the sense of art in the field of interior design and building materials.
