科技不斷日益更新,自從智慧型手機時代來臨後,隨之而來的就是高滲透率的網際網路,我們面對著生活形態改變時,企業應該也要開始思考更多的新資訊科技讓使用者的接受意願。 企業資源規劃(ERP)系統已是普及化的商業軟體,然而ERP的導入涉及能否符合企業的願景、企業流程是備受關注的。而學習ERP系統是非常迫切的需求,若能透過網路進行遠距教學,此學習方式具有機動性和沒有上課地點的限制特性,讓使用者能在適當的時間及地點進行學習,這種新興的數位學習方式將成為未來的趨勢。 本研究以運用Davis(1989)的科技接受模式,發展出研究架構,探討ERP系統廠提供遠距教學平台給企業客戶進行ERP系統學習,其使用者對於遠距教學的使用意願之研究。運用問卷調查法,共回收 214 份有效問卷,回收率達71.33%,採用 SPSS 18.0 版與 AMOS 18.0 版統計軟體進行分析,透過信效度、結構方程式分析影響使用者使用遠距教學之因素,如何影響使用者的行為,以符合遠距教學平台使用者真正的需求,讓遠距教學平台有更多使用者接受並使用,實證結果發現: 1. 認知易用性對遠距教學的使用意願有正向影響關係。 2. 認知有用性對遠距教學的使用意願有正向影響關係。 3. 學習風氣對遠距教學的使用意願有正向影響關係。 4. 獎勵制度對遠距教學的使用意願沒有正向影響關係。
Technology constantly update as well as smartphone rising, Internet is truly affected our life deeply . When we face our lifestyles change, companies should start to think about how to make users to accept more new IT easily. Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system is a popular commercial software. However, companies concern if the Implementation of ERP can really meet enterprise vision and procedure. To learn ERP system is very urgent need. This newly digital learning will be a trend in the future if it can be taught through e- learning network with motivation anywhere; users could be satisfy service in the proper time and proper places. In this study, the use of Davis(1989)Technology Acceptance Model developed a research framework to explore the ERP system and provide e- learning platform for enterprises to study their intention of e- learning further.By using questionnaires, there were 214 completed questionnaires were collected, the percentage of completed questionnaire be collected up to 71.33%. To analyze the result by using SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS version 18.0 statistical software , through reliability and validity as well as structural equation analysis , to realize the possible factors affecting the users’ behavior and how to meet their demand by e- learning.Let more users accept e-learning , then we found : 1、To use it easily have positive influence on e-learning. 2、To use it helpfully have positive influence on e-learning. 3、Learning atmosphere have positive influence on e-learning. 4、Reward system have no positive influence on e-learning.
