隨著行動通訊與網路技術升級、生命徵象量測技術、生活輔助技術、居家照護設備等商業化的快速發展,使得全世界醫療照護產業需求市場快速成長。本論文提出一行動健康管理服務系統,以提供設計於客戶端易用性與具可擴充性的開放平台中介軟體並結合個人健康紀錄伺服系統建構個人健康管理生活照護服務軟體參考設計模組為標的,於Android應用框架加入行動健康管理裝置量測框架和行動健康管理個人健康照護紀錄剖析框架提供生命徵象量測記錄、剖析功能,客戶端與健康照護伺服以連續照護紀錄(CCR)為交換格式,透過CCR紀錄之資料也能夠在各種不同系統之間互相運作來達到健康資訊系統的透通性,並以RESTful方式設計輕量化網路服務。此外,本論文著重於CCR健康紀錄傳輸與剖析效能分析之研究,以CCR標準交換為例,研究實驗在不同Android平台與伺服端中使用 CCR 標準XML 格式和 CCR 轉換為 JSON 格式進行傳輸與剖析效能分析,評估各種剖析的方式,以提供一個符合不同裝置資源與效率的傳輸與剖析選擇。
As the information and the communication technologies progress, the rapid development of physiological measurement technology, assistive technology, equipments for healthcare and other commercialize mobile healthcare are flourishing the global healthcare industry and the market. This study proposes an easy-to-design, flexible client-side add-on mobile health management framework and integrates healthcare servers to design an end-to-end mobile healthcare software reference framework. At Client side, this study proposes the mobile health management device measurement framework and the mobile health management PHR parsers framework on the Android application framework, providing the record of vital signs and healthcare data Parsers. In addition, by employing CCR as the standard data exchange format, the client and the healthcare server achieve the health information system interoperability, allowing the platform to work interoperability among various health information systems. In addition, RESTful design patterns are applied to support required web services between the client and the server sides. Furthermore, this study compares the parsing performance and tramsmission overhead for CCRs using XML and JSON parsers on different Android platforms and servers. By evaluating various parsing methods and analyzing the experiment results, we can select efficient transmission and parsing methods for CCRs based on system properties.
