CNC工具機加工刀具檢測管理機制之研究

摘要


CNC (Computer Numerical Control) 為電腦數位控制工具機,它是一種藉著數位信號來操作系統控制生產製程的設備,以現在而言大多利用電腦來執行操作運算。然於加工過程中,由於刀具狀態為影響工件品質的關鍵因素,當刀具磨損至一定程度時,會導致被加工件的形狀精度與表面粗糙度不如預期。而生產線上之加工刀具的檢測,大多仍採人工方式於到達一定的加工次數時進行檢測,若尺寸誤差已超出預期範圍,則需更換加工之刀具,若未於時程時進行更換,將導致成品的不良率提高。 然而,依實務經驗發現可知操作員本身可能因為疏忽或偷懶的原因,在加工之工件數量到達時並未即時進行工件尺寸的測量,所以由人工進行工件尺寸的測量以確認加工刀具是否需要汰換者是不可靠的,故有進一步改良之必要。 本研究之主要目的,就是在於減少人工疏忽及增加效率的問題,本研究旨在建構一種用於CNC工具機加工之智慧監控系統,讓操作員能確實執行加工刀具之檢測,避免因檢測不實而造成工件精度不佳。

Computer Numerical Control tool machine, is an equipment which using digital signal to operate the system to control the production process, and most by computers to perform operational operations. However, due to the cutting tool state is a key factor affecting the quality of the workpiece, when the cutting tool wear to a certain extent, will lead to the shape of the workpiece accuracy and surface roughness not as expected. And the production line of the cutting tool detection, most of the formal method is still to detect when reach a certain number of processing cycle, if the error has exceeded the expected range, it need to replace the cutting tool, if not in the time to change, will lead to the higher defective rate of finished product. However, from practical experience found that the operator may be due to negligence or lazy reasons, the number of workpieces in the processing of the workpiece size is not immediately measured, so the workpiece size measurement by manual to confirm whether the need to replace the tool is unreliable, so there is a need for further improvement. The main purpose of this study is to reduce the problem of human negligence and increase efficiency. The purpose of this study is to construct an intelligent monitoring system for CNC tool machine, so that the operator can really perform the inspection of the cutting tool which can avoid poor workpiece accuracy.
