城鄉差距與網路崛起及食品過度加工,人們不知道動植物原本樣貌,已成為現代社會的隱憂。本創作研究旨在藉由創作仿真水果教具,提供教學及多樣化教育用途。以比例仿真模型教具及節氣引領介紹臺灣水果的特色與型態。 研究採用文獻分析法(Document Analysis)以蒐集創作所需題材及資料。再以定性研究之實驗觀察法(Observation Survey)進行教學實驗及行動研究(Action Research)。採用半結構式問卷,對研究場域之研究夥伴進行臺中地區幼兒園所教師使用仿真水果藝術教具的立意取樣調查。 根據蒐集資料整理分析,省思改進創作模型,完成二十四節氣十二月份之臺灣水果仿真模型創作彙整策展,做為未來仿真水果教具應用於幼兒教育之參照。
With the urban-rural divide, the rise of the Internet and over-processed food, people are getting confused of what are the original appearances of animals and plants look like. The study focuses on creating pseudo-fruit models as teaching aids, which support the education system and are for multiple purposes. The study applied Document Analysis to collect relevant information and data, after that, Observation Survey is applied to conduct teaching experiments and Action Research. This study surveyed teachers in the kindergartens in Taichung by means of purposive sampling with semi-structured questionnaires. Based on the data collected, the study improved the models and created Taiwanese fruit pseudo-models for 12 months, which were presented in the exhibition. Hoping these pseudo-fruit models could be used or for references in the preschool education.
