隨著金融市場發展越來越健全,我國政府開放新銀行設立,鬆綁銀行成立分行的限制,影響台灣銀行業結構,並壓縮了金融機構的生存空間。有鑑於金融機構分行數眾多,分行成員工作士氣、工作績效及幸福感各項因素取決於分行主管的領導風格,因此本研究探討銀行主管的領導風格對於員工工作幸福感及工作績效之影響。 本研究以銀行業員工為研究對象,針對各銀行行員發放210份問卷,並整理進行因素分析、相關分析以進行模型假設驗證,以描述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析。 研究結果顯示:銀行主管之領導風格與銀行人工作幸福感呈現正相關、工作績效與銀行主管之領導風格呈現正相關;不相同的個人變項在各種研究變數上均具有顯著差異存在,且銀行主管領導風格對銀行行員的工作績效影響最大,銀行主管領導風格對銀行行員工作幸福感為其次,工作績效對工作幸福感影響最小,此研究之研究結果將有助於銀行主管在帶領部屬時之參考。
With the fiece competition of the financial market Taiwan government loosened the restrictions on the establishment of bank branches, which affected the of Taiwan's banking industry and changed the ecology of financial institutions. Due to the large number of branches of financial institutions, job morale, job performance and happiness of the branch members are determined by the leadership style of a branch supervisor . This study attempts to explore how the leadership style of bank supervisors affects emplyees’ work happiness and work performance. By using banking emplyees as the sampling frame, the respondents were asked to fill in the questionnaire regarding employee happiness,work performance and the leadership style of bank supervisors. 210 questionnaires were distributed to the bank emplyees, and collected data was verified by using factor analysis and structural model to the model hypotheses.The findings showed that the leadership style of the bank supervisor was positively correlated with the bankers’ job well-being. Furthermore, work performance was positively correlated with the bank’s job well-being. Among others, the leadership style of bank supervisors has the greatest impact on the work performance of bank staff, and the leadership style of bank supervisors has a great impact on the happiness of bank staff. Different demographic personal variables have significant difference on various research variables. The findings of this study provided suggestions for managers of the banks to exercise different types of leadership strategies.
