資訊產業是高度競爭的行業,專案績效提升與客戶關係良好已成為產業經營致勝關鍵,善加運用專案管理邊界搭建角色建構出有價值的客戶關係,對專案績效及經營績效產生加乘效果,使企業具有持久性的競爭優勢。本研究主要目的探討專案管理、客戶關係、專案績效與經營績效之間關係。透過問卷調查法,以資訊產業中之專案成員或主管為研究對象,並以透過偏最小平方法(Partial Least Squares, PLS)進行資料分析與研究模型驗證。研究結果發現:(1)專案管理、客戶關係、專案績效及經營績效之間相互影響;(2)客戶關係在專案管理與專案績效之中介效果有顯著影響,並扮演相當重要的中介角色。
The information industry is a highly competitive industry. The improvement of project performance and good customer relationships have become the key to success. Making good use of project management boundaries to build roles and to build valuable customer relationships gives rise to a multiplier effect on project performance and business performance, which lead to competitive advantage. The main purpose of this study is to explore the interrelationship among project management, customer relationships, project performance, and business performance. Through the questionnaire survey method, the project members or supervisors in the information industry were invited to join the research. Data collected was verified by using the partial least squares method. The research results found that project management, customer relationship, project performance and business performance are all significantly related. Customer relationship mediates the relationship between project management and project performance.
