近年來人機互動與情境感知的技術不斷進步,透過情境感知的技術,電腦可以藉由環境以及人的行為將資訊主動的回饋於使用者。本研究著重在情境感知與人機互動的結合應用,以人為中心作為研究出發點,利用人們日常生活的認知及直覺來創造互動作品。 本研究利用Phidgets微型感應器做為情境感知互動工具,加強使用者的互動體驗,實作出具有情境感知的互動式導覽,再結合網路服務,加強導覽效果及互動體驗。同時,為了讓使用者更加方便的取得資訊,本研究也著眼於人機互動的方式及設計原則。為了幫助研究進行,利用行動研究法建立行動研究計畫,藉此發展整個研究的進行。而本研究所建立的行動研究計畫,先以專家的評估後再給大眾測試,進行反覆評估、觀察修正,藉此讓互動作品更完整且能夠滿足使用者為中心的思想。 經過三次測試以及觀察評估與修正改善,可以從SUS使用性問卷比較三次的結果,發現受測者的在互動作品使用上非常良好的反應。而QUIS滿意度問卷的五個面向上也都有著非常良好的數據,同時受測者也認為對於互動作品的操作模式非常的感興趣與喜歡。
Recently years Human Computer Interaction and Context-Aware technique develop fast, using Context-Aware technique computer could support information feedback to users actively through people’s movement and environment. In this research, we focus on combining Context-Aware with Human Computer Interaction and User-Centered Design, and create a interactive case by cognition of life and intuition. In this research, we used Phidgets to be our Context-Aware interactive tools for enhancing people's experience, and we combined with web services to enhance our interacive guiding effects. At the same time, we also focus on Human Computer Interaction mode and design opinions for people could get information easily. This research also based on Action research to build an action research plan to do this research. In this plan, professional test is the first step then provide test to normal subjects, in this way we could repeat to evaluate, observe and revise, so we could let our case be more completed and sacrificed the major thinking of User-Centered Design. After three times tests, according to the System Usability Scale we found users have good response in our interactive case. We also had good responsed data from QUIS questionnaires, and users also like and interested in the operation mode of our case.
