手持式電視之發展在國內已進行至試播階段,行動學習在手持裝置也已發展出實際運用,而整合行動學習於行動電視教學節目的開發設計,不僅涵蓋了數位匯流時代的技術,同時含括了內容提供者、內容集成者、服務供應商、數據廣播服務業、手持設備業與電信網路業等跨業合作課題,此階段極需該類節目之製播流程及有關節目服務介面實驗,做為相關商務模式的先導研究基礎。本研究提供一個DVB-H標準的行動學習節目製播流程,配合ESG服務的介面設計,於國內行動電視試播團隊之中華聯網寬頻股份有限公司頭端設備實際播出,並以Gigabyte GSmart t600手機成功收視該套節目。 本研究遵循LUCID開發方法系統化建製了行動學習節目製播流程,既整合行動學習節目提出嶄新的行動電視內容,並結合ESG服務介面設計以配合節目製播與開發設計。本研究之過程及結果具備以下價值特色:一、以UCD系統化方式將使用者需求納入ESG互動設計,可供相關業者實務案例,做為跨業合作及開創加值服務之參考;二、遵照DVB-H標準之ESG服務介面,運用視覺化形式展現ESG服務介面,增進節目上的互動性與趣味性,可供行動電視節目的製播規劃者參考;三、整合廣播技術與行動通訊網路技術,提供資訊匯流在行動學習的應用新架構。
Nowadays, The movement of Mobile TV technology that powered by handheld devices in Taiwan is in an experimental stage. Those devices are also adopted to transmit M-Learning materials. The integrating procedures on producing and broadcasting Mobile TV programs involved M-Learning application, may cover several technologies of digital convergence, and could be solutions to the issues of cross-industrial cooperation that include content providers, content aggregators, service providers, broadcasters, handheld device providers, and telecom network operators. By the above-mentioned background, this research designed and implemented a procedure of producing and broadcasting for M-Learning program based on ESG (Electronic Service Guide) which fallows to DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld) standards. These TV programs have been aired by CHUNG-HWA WIDEBAND BEST NETWORK which belongs to experimental broadcasting teams in Taiwan, and were received successfully by handheld device (Gigabyte GSmart t600). A developing framework approach-LUCID (Logical User-Centered Interactive Design Methodology) was adopted by this research to integrate M-Learning elements into Mobile TV programs which bring up a brand new type of Mobile TV programs. Additionally, the programs combined with ESG service interface design could be helpful in establishing necessary procedure in producing and broadcasting for M-Learning programs systematically. The value characteristics of the ESG which this research achieved are as follows: 1.By the method of UCD (User-Centered Design), the user requirements were also considered for designing the interactivity of ESG service interfaces systematically. That provides a case study and a value-added service of creative cooperation model for industry. 2.ESG are presented in visualization approach to improve the interactivity and interest to these Mobile TV programs based on ESG Service Interface of DVB-H. 3.Integrating telecommunication technology into broadcasting technology to provide a case study to demo the applications of digital convergence and effective interactivity.
