人格特質、工作價值觀與工作壓力對工作績效之關係

摘要


面對勞動市場「早退晚進」之現象,公立就業服務所提供的就業媒合也需與時俱進,調節勞動力供給與需求、提升失業者職能與產業認知,使他們有效投入就業市場及促進經濟繁榮乃就業服務從業人員之使命。 本研究旨在分析服務於勞動力發展署所屬就業中心之就業服務從業人員的人格特質、工作價值觀、工作壓力是否影響其工作績效,以期做出最適人力配置與最有效地工作調整。 本研究共發放320份紙本問卷,有效樣本有252份,有效回收率為78.7%,並運用SPSS 18進行資料分析。研究結果顯示就業服務從業人員其內控人格特質、工作價值觀及工作負荷量對工作績效有正向顯著影響,但角色模糊對工作績效卻有負向顯著影響。

In order to confront the phenomenon of “enter the workforce lately and retire early”, the matchmaking platform which was provided by the public employment service also needs to keep pace with the times. Therefore, the missions of the employment service staff are to adjust the supply and demand of the labor force and to enhance the capacity of recognition with respect to the industry knowledge to the unemployed person. By this way, it can promote the economic prosperity and increase the rate of employment. This study aims to investigate the effect of personality traits, work value and job stress on job performance of the employees who are worked at the Development Agency’s Employment Service in order to make the most appropriate human resource allocation and the most effective job adjustment. A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed and 252 respondents are valid, so the effective return rate is 78.7%. Data were analyzed using SSPS 18. The empirical results indicate that the employee of Employment Service Center with the personality trait of internal locus, the work value and workload had the partial significant positive effects on job performance, while the role ambiguity had a partial significant negative effect on job performance.
