Applying a multiple-mediator model, we examine the mediating effect of three constructs of relationship quality: commitment, satisfaction, and trust, on the relationship between relationship bonds and word of mouth. Data were collected from a sample of accounting firms and their clients. The results demonstrated that commitment and satisfaction partially mediated the association between relationship bonds and word of mouth. The empirical results provide important implications for both researchers and business decision makers.
