基於物聯網邊緣運算之敏捷式製造平台以實現精實生產績效研究

摘要


對於少量高度客製化生產製造業而言,其本身內部生產程序複雜加工製程站別眾多,多製程批量生產方式下原物料供給交期整合不易,即時生產資訊化不足下,以致生產與營運管理資訊不對稱。本研究提出一物聯網邊緣運算敏捷式製造平台,藉由物聯網部署,綁定製造生產流程收集各站台之生產數據串流,運用邊緣運算系統進行處理與分析,改善生產資訊即時性,並即時運算掌控生產績效、生產狀態與生產異常,提升自動化,進而改善生產良率品質異常等因素伴隨而來的製造不確定性。

For those manufacture companies which are specialized on the highly-customized design and small amount products, the instant information of the production is very difficult to be retrieved due to many uncontrolled factors like the complication of the production process, the situation of the multi-factory assembly line, and the supplies of the raw materials for the multi-batch processes. These uncertain factors make the production of these companies is difficult to be calculated and disclosed. This study proposed a platform, the agile manufacturing platform based IoT and edge computing, to solve the above problems. This platform using the IoT devices and edge computing to fabricate a manufacturing control system. In this system, the instant manufacturing data from the production line can be collected immediately and the analysis of these data from the IoT devices can be performed to find any abnormal situations in the production line. The newly developed production line performance evaluating method based in the propose platform can help to improve the performance, to control the abnormal status, and to increase the automatic production in these company. Most important, the uncertain situations in production line of these company can be found and removed.
