建構幼兒園主題網和教案之編輯與共享平台研究

摘要


幼兒園與一般企業相比是資訊化較薄弱的一個行業,其行政業務大部分停留在傳統的人工運作,有的甚至根本還未導入資訊系統,仍舊在使用紙本作業。所以,將資訊化導入幼兒園教學行政管理有其之必要性。教育部於2012年發佈「幼兒園教保活動課程暫行大綱」指出,教保服務人員根據課程目標編擬教保活動課程計畫,須編寫主題網、活動教案及選擇適宜的教材。然而教保人員平常事務繁多,自編教材對於教保人員形成一個教學上的負擔。因此,本研究為了減輕教保人員工作上的負擔,開發幼兒園主題網和教案之編輯與共享平台,以提供教保人員使用,讓他們能有效率的完成主題網和活動教案,而且可以在平台上分享。本平台以PHP開發,包含主題網和活動教案。實驗是以問卷調查方式進行,針對中部地區某5間幼兒園,對象為5位幼兒園園長及20位教保人員做調查,進而分析使用幼兒園主題網和教案之編輯與共享平台的可行性及其效益。應用科技接受模式理論(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)分析使用者接受的認知有用性及認知易用性,分析結果顯示使用者顯著接受其開發資訊系統。例如,其李克特量表五種使用者在資訊系統認知有用性同意的百分比為53%,非常同意百分比為47%。此平台大幅減輕教保人員工作量的負擔,使其有更多的時間與幼兒互動,讓教學重心回歸到幼兒本身,以建立更優質的教學服務。未來本平台可以增加數位繪本的功能,使教保人員編輯課程內容時增加繪本教材,讓教學更具多元性及豐富性。

Preschools have relatively poor automation in comparison to the general businesses. Most preschool administrative operations remain traditional manually operated whereas some have not yet introduced information systems with tasks completed via paper work. Therefore, the introduction of information system into preschool teaching administration has become a necessity. In 2012, the Ministry of Education issued the Preschool Teaching Activities of the Interim Outline pointing out that bailiffs are required to prepare activity lesson plans in accordance to curriculum objectives which includes writing theme networks, making activity lesson plans and selecting suitable teaching materials. However, the teaching staff generally has a lot of tasks inclusive of preparing teaching materials; an additional burden to teaching. Therefore, in order to reduce the burden of the teaching staff, this research implemented the preschool theme and lesson plan sharing platform. The aim is to enable teaching staffs to efficiently complete theme networks and activity lesson plans to be shared on the platform. The platform was developed in PHP and includes theme networks and activity lesson plans. Experiments were conducted on surveys by questionnaire. Participants included five preschools in central Taiwan consisting of five deans and 20 teaching staffs. The questionnaire was designed to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the implemented preschool theme network, lesson plans and platform sharing. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was implemented to analyze the cognitive usefulness and cognitive ease of use. Analysis results showed significant acceptance of the implemented information system. For example, on Likert 5 scale question on the usefulness of the information system; 53% agreed on usefulness while 47% strongly agreed. This platform significantly reduces the burden of teaching staff’s workload. Therefore, teaching staffs have more time to interact with the preschoolers and can focus more on teaching the preschoolers; thereby, providing better quality of teaching services. In future, the platform may be implemented with increase functions such as digital picture books. Teaching staffs will be able to include digital pictures in their courses allowing for more diversity and richness in their teaching.
