In recent years, the trend of entrepreneurship in Taiwan is booming, but whether it is a traditional industry or an emerging industry, it is still unavoidable that Taiwan's market is saturated and labor is expensive. There are many companies and Youth who have failed to start a business. In order to get rid of this situation, this article focuses on overseas Entrepreneurship. Taking Japan as an example, to understand how to develop and cut into overseas markets and achieve the goal of sustainable operation. This study uses a case company as an example to discuss two goals: (1) The critical success factors of a case company's entrepreneurship in Japan. In order to improve competitiveness, we use our own language and advantages in this market to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
