摘要
本研究透過事件研究法，利用台灣經濟新報的事件研究法的事件研究系統與GARCH風險調整模式，求取異常報酬率與累積異常報酬率，驗證「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」政策頒佈施行，對臺灣長期醫療照護相關概念股的供應商在2016年9月26日行政院通過「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」；繼2017年01月01日行政院衛生福利部開始實施「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」，此事件宣告後是否有累積異常報酬率的存在，研究結果顯示：
1. 行政院通過「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」事件，對於臺灣長期醫療照護概念類股無顯著之影響。
2. 行政院衛生福利部開始實施「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」事件，對於臺灣長期醫療照護概念股具累積報酬正向影響。
3.同屬「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」之兩個宣告事件，因行政院通過與實施開始日不同，對於臺灣長期醫療照護概念股不完全具累積報酬正向影響。
臺灣長期醫療照護概念股的供應商，依產業分類服務涵蓋了輔助器具面、醫材設備面及機構照護面等系統，在全球銀髮族產業目前正朝長期照護的趨勢發展，未來長期照護發展勢必更加寬廣無限，因此臺灣長期照護概念股的供應商必須抓住這個趨勢，朝向創新與多角化發展，必能有豐碩的成果。

Through the event research method, this study uses the event research system and GARCH risk adjustment model in the event research method of the Taiwan Economic Journal to obtain abnormal returns and cumulative abnormal returns, and to verify the promulgation and implementation of the "Long-term Care Ten-Year Plan 2.0" policy. , For suppliers of long-term medical care related concept stocks in Taiwan, on September 26, 2016, the Executive Yuan passed the "Long-term Care Ten-Year Plan 2.0", the research results show:(1) The Executive Yuan passed the "Long-term Care Ten-Year Plan 2.0" event, which has no significant impact on Taiwan's long-term medical care concept stocks.(2) The Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Executive Yuan began to implement the "Long-term Care Ten-Year Plan 2.0" event, which has a positive impact on the cumulative returns of Taiwan's long-term medical care concept stocks.(3) Both are two announcement events of the "Long-Term Care Ten-Year Plan 2.0". Because the adoption by the Executive Yuan is different from the implementation start date, it does not have a positive impact on the cumulative return of Taiwan's long-term medical care concept stocks.
The supplier of Taiwan's long-term medical care concept stocks, according to the industry classification services cover auxiliary devices, medical equipment and institutional care systems, etc. The global silver-haired industry is currently developing towards the trend of long-term care, and the development of long-term care in the future is bound to be It is more broad and infinite. Therefore, suppliers of long-term care concept stocks in Taiwan must seize this trend and develop towards innovation and diversification, which will surely yield fruitful results.
