公立就業服務機構的顧客就是民眾與企業,產品就是服務,在不同時代透過提供不同的服務內容及創新的服務模式,協助民眾與企業能夠適才適所,讓民眾穩定就業,企業永續發展。 然而在提供服務的同時,需思考的是所提供的服務是否真的貼近民眾與企業實際的需求,而不是一味地跟隨創新的迷思,忽略掉真正的本質,本研究之目的為深入了解政府在提供各項就業服務資源時,影響企業運用政府就業服務資源的因素。 本研究運用邏輯斯迴歸分析探討現行提供的就業服務資源中,影響企業運用本服務的關鍵服務項目,研究結果發現在法令與業務熟悉的專業度、提供最新就業市場資訊,這二項服務具關鍵影響性;調查中也發現,受服務對象的產業類別以製造業居多,顯示政府就業服務資源尚未普及到各產業,未來可朝較少運用的產業類別多加推廣及宣傳。
The customers of public employment service agencies are the people and enterprises. In different eras, the public employment service agencies provide various services and innovative service models to help people find the right job and to achieve sustainable enterprise development. However, while providing services, it is necessary to think about whether the services provided are really close to the actual needs of the people and enterprises, rather than blindly following the myth of innovation and ignoring the true essence. Through this study, we want to understand more about the factors that affect the use of government employment service resources when providing various employment service resources to customers. This study uses logistic regression analysis to explore the key service items that affect the use of this service by companies among the employment service resources currently provided. This study finds that the professionalism of the law and business familiarity as well as providing the latest job market information are two key factors. The survey also found that the most frequent users of this service belong to manufacturing enterprises while users from some other industries remain sparse. This finding indicates that the government's employment service resources have not yet been popularized to various industries, and more promotion and publicity can be carried out in the future towards other industries where government’s employment services are not yet frequently adopted.
