臺灣高等教育入學率大幅提高,大學畢業青年失業率也隨之增加,因此政府近年積極推動以職能為導向之課程,以求人才培育達到產業需求。本研究旨在探討目前四技美容相關科系職能導向課程規劃對學生職場就業意願之影響,研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「四技美容相關科系職能導向 課程規劃對應屆畢業生就業意願之影響調查表」作為研究工具,以北部5所103學年度科技大學之美容相關科系四技日間部應屆畢業生為研究對象,發出396份問卷,獲得有效問卷372份,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸進行資料統計分析與討論。研究結果發現不同性別與就讀動機的畢業生在就業意願上並無顯著差異;整體職能導向課程規劃對畢業生就業意願有顯著正向影響關係,其三個子構面之課程設計與學習經驗對就業意願無顯著影響,實習經驗則顯著正向影響畢業生之就業意願。本研究期能提供教育主管機關、學校行政單位及教師,在擬訂美容教材及推動升學輔導相關措施之參考,縮短學用落差,讓學生真正能夠學以致用。
Universities in Taiwan are common, and the number of the students who receive higher education is increasing. However, the rate of unemployment of the graduate also rises. Therefore, the government has been actively promoting the competency -oriented curriculum in order to achieve the industry needs. This study was designed to investigate the impact of the competency-oriented curriculum to the students’ willingness on the employment. This research was based on the method of questionnaires, following with the tool, the survey of competencies training program on the related industry employment aspiration of cosmetology application department graduates in a university of technology. A total of 396 students from cosmetology application related department graduates of five northern universities of technology, and 372 of the questionnaires are valid. The data was processed with descriptive statistical analysis, Independent-Samples t Test, One way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. Gender differences and motivations do not have any significant influence on employment aspirations; the competencies training program has notable influences on employment aspirations; its three sub-course design and learning experiences have no significant influence on employment aspirations; the experience of internship training do reveal strong influences. The study hopes to provide education authorities, schools and teachers as a reference to edit cosmetic materials and promote career guidance. We also hope to promote the relevant planning of curriculum for students’ needs, shortening the gap between learning and use as well as to enhance competitiveness in the beauty-related industry.
