臺灣樂齡學習中心經營之研究

Research on the Management of Taiwan's Senior Learning Center

摘要


受到經濟發展、醫療提升、教育程度及生活水平的影響,現在社會的人們大多不願意生育,以致少子化的情形加劇。再加上,早年二戰結束所帶來的戰後嬰兒潮,當年的嬰兒如今大多步入老年,綜合以上兩項因素,導致扶養比大量提升,高齡者照護及老年生活成為了我們急需解決的問題,於是便想藉由本論文,以「樂齡」的為中心概念,發展對老年照護的相關研究。接下來,在名詞定義與文獻探討這一章將其分為五節,分別是高齡化社會、樂齡與高齡、我國樂齡現況及相關研究、他國樂齡現況及相關研究,以及幸福感。以上的搜尋方向是由外至內、由大到小地去進行樂齡學習中心相關資訊的瞭解,以做為後續研究的基礎。根據以上文獻擬定訪談問題,一共找了六位受訪者進行深層訪談法,進行了六個部分的問題與訪談,並透過這些訪談的結果進行分析,進而設計相關問卷,針對五十五歲以上的中老年發出問卷,一共回收了二百三十二份問卷,使用統計套裝軟體IBM SPSS Statistics 12.0進行分析,共分為三個部分:第一部分為抽樣本基本資料;第二部分為皮爾森Pearson 卡方值分析;第三部分為複選題交叉表分析。最後,綜合深層訪談結果及問卷結果分析所得出的指標,根據年長者有興趣的課程、使其願意參加樂齡學習中心課程因素、上課類型費用等,設計出一套符合現代年長者之樂齡學習中心課程,以兩大部分為主,分別是以一季節三個月區別的春、夏、秋、冬,還有以課程內容做為區別的動、靜態二類,希望透過本研究最大限度的滿足年長者的休閒、娛樂、學習及愛好需求。經由以上這些過程,身處在少子化及高齡社會的背景下,透過文獻探討及名詞解釋分別做了深層訪談發與之後的問卷發放,最後設計了一套盡量全面符合年長者的樂齡學習中心課程。

Influenced by economic development, medical upgrading, education and living standards, people are now reluctant to have children, thus exacerbating the situation of low birth rate. In addition, the post-war baby boom brought about by World War II, the baby of the year is now mostly into old age, combined with the above two factors, resulting in a large number of dependency ratio, the elderly care and senior lives has become an urgent problem we need to solve. Therefore, through the thesis with “Senior Learning” as the center concept, the purpose of the study was to development the relevant research on elderly care.Next, in the chapter of nouns definition and literature discussion, it is divided into five sections, namely, aging society, senior learning and elderly, the current state of the senior learning of our country and related research, the current state of senior learning of other countries, and related research, as well as happiness. The above search direction is to carry out the relevant information of the senior citizen learning center , as the basis for follow-up research.According to the above literature to develop interview questions, found a total of six respondents for deep interview, conducted interviews with the six-part question, and analyzed through the results of these interviews, questionnaires and then design relevant for more than fifty-five middle-aged questionnaires, a total recovery of two hundred Thirty-two questionnaires, using the statistical software package IBM SPSS statistics 12.0 is analyzed, divided into three parts: the first part is a sample of this basic information; the second part is Pearson Chi-square analysis; multiple choice third part cross-table analysis.Finally, the comprehensive deep interview results and questionnaire results analysis of the pointer, according to the elderly interested in the curriculum, make them willing to participate in the senior learning center curriculum factors, class type fees, etc., designed a set of in line with the modern elderly senior learning center curriculum, mainly in two major parts, respectively, to a season of three months difference between spring, summer, autumn winter, as a difference in the curriculum content of the dynamic, static two categories, hope that through this study to maximize the needs of the elderly leisure, entertainment, learning and hobbies.Through these processes, living in the context of the declining birthrate and aging society, through literature discussion and noun interpretation respectively made in-depth interviews and subsequent questionnaires issued, and finally designed a set of the senior learning center as fully as possible in line with older people course.
