The purpose of this research is to understand how artificial intelligence can assist e- marketers in the e-commerce competitive environment. Unlike traditional marketing and management, with the development of technology, the commercial industry is using it to achieve the goal of maximizing profits. To complete this research, I researched local and national academic documents, papers and journals, and combined the information obtained from interviews with employees of an AI-based start-up technology company. In the research process, first I did some research on the academic thesis and articles about AI and customer relationship management, to know the concepts and the practical use on the business. Secondly, I started to prepare for an interview. The steps of the research process are as below: 1. Finding academic theses and articles about artificial intelligence and customer relationship management. 2. Organizing an interview with a professional participant who knows the AI services in e-commerce. 3. Analyzing the information of these and the interview content to conduct this research thesis. Respondents’ company background provideschannels for artificial intelligence- driven marketing solutions to help companies better solveproblems and achieve goals more easily. The cooperative partnership between a business company and its customers is one of the keys to maintaining profits. If the company has a good relationship with its customers, then it can easily make a profit. On the contrary, if thisis not the case, the strategy adopted by the company may be incorrect and lead to loss of customers. Therefore, the digital transformation from paperwork is not enough for the company, and artificial intelligence-driven marketing solutions have been adopted by many business facilities, which brings a whole new level of transformation to the business sector. After successful marketing, long-term cooperation with business partners is crucial to the company's operations.
