以組織學習概念探討冷凍空調從業人員職業災害原因

摘要論文名稱：以組織學習概念探討冷凍空調從業人員職業災害原因頁數：84 校所別：國立臺北商業大學企業管理系(所) 畢業時間：一一零學年度第一學期學位：碩士研究生：林建正指導教授：李慶長、賴明政為降低冷凍空調從業人員職業災害，本研究經由文獻探討、質性研究與系統思考的方式進行職業災害事故分析，探討冷凍空調從業人員職業災害的成因；藉由勞動部職業災害事故案例了解職災表面及深層原因，並利用系統基模了解職災事故發生之因果環路圖。進一步運用系統思考與學習型組織理論，從教育訓練、安全認知及心智模式三個維度，探究職業災害的本質，並加以歸納分析與提出建議。研究發現冷凍空調從業人員職業災害問題的改善，在於改變現場管理人員及勞工的「心智模式」，建立良好「教育訓練」制度，加強相關人員對「安全認知」的重視，才是職業災害問題的根本解決之道。關鍵詞：冷凍空調、職業災害、組織學習、系統思考

ABSTRACT Title：Exploring the Causes of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Maintenance Accidents by Concepts of Learning Organizations Pages：84 School：National Taipei University of Business Department：Graduate Institute of Business Administration Time：January, 2022 Degree：Master Researcher：Lin, Chien-Cheng Advisor：Lee, Ching-Chang、Lai, Ming-Cheng To reduce occupational hazards for refrigeration and air-conditioning employees, this research analyzed occupational hazards through literature discussion, qualitative research, and systematic thinking. The Ministry of Labor’s occupational accidents was used to explore the causes of occupational accidents for refrigeration and air-conditioning employees, and the system model was used to understand the cause and effect of the circuit diagram of occupational accidents. Furthermore, the theory of system thinking and learning organization was utilized to discuss the nature of occupational disasters from three dimensions: education and training, safety cognition, and mental models for cases of occupational disasters, and then the data were summarized and analyzed for making suggestions. This study found that the improvement of the occupational hazard problem of refrigeration and air-conditioning employees was to change the "mental model" of site managers and laborers, establish a good "education and training" system, and strengthen their attention to "safety awareness".
