智慧型手機於社群媒體中之評論分析-以iPhone為例

隨著時代的變遷與網路的普及化，多數人逐漸邁入使用網路通訊的時代。因此電腦便成為人們經常使用的工具。不過科技日新月異，生活步調變得越來越緊湊，在這繁忙的節奏中，因為需要密集性地與他人進行訊息的往來與大量地查詢資料，「智慧型手機」就此誕生。智慧型手機不僅取代傳統式按鍵手機，也取代多數人經常使用電腦的習慣。這不僅是一種典範轉移(Paradigm Shift)，也讓許多人對於智慧型手機的外型和實用性等等，開始有不同的需求與期待。 iPhone 除了是蘋果公司旗下的主打商品，也是目前全球智慧型手機市佔率的前三名。不但有自己獨特的作業系統，簡約的外觀以及快速的手機效能，深受多數人的喜愛。每次的產品發表會，往往都是話題性十足的熱門商品，透過分析使用者意見，瞭解市場上消費者對 iPhone 的評價。本研究將從社群媒體中，透過文字探勘的方式，針對臺灣及美國人進行資料分析與研究，深入瞭解最新一代的蘋果手機 iPhone 13 問世後，大家對於它的看法，藉此進一步探討該產品為何受人喜愛。

With the changes of the times and the popularization of the Internet, people have gradually entered the era of using Internet for communication. Therefore, the computer has become a tool that people often use. However, after the rapid advancement of technology, the pace of life has become more and more compact. Now, people need to intensively communicate with others and search for anything. To meet the requirements, the "smartphone" was born. Smartphones have replaced the push-button mobile phones. Also, they have changed the habits that people spend time on a computer. This is not only a paradigm shift, but makes many people have different needs and expectations for the appearance and practicality of smartphones. As Apple's flagship products, iPhone is currently the top three smartphones in market. In addition of its own unique operating system, its simple appearance and fast performance are deeply loved by most people. When a new iPhone is launched, they are usually becoming a highly discussed product on the internet. Therefore, it is interesting to study consumers' views about iPhone and learn how to design a better product. This research will analyze the information about iPhone on social media through text mining to gain an in-depth understanding of the various opinions from people in Taiwan and the U.S. after the iPhone 13 was released. By doing so, we could obtain a clarification as to why this product is popular and is being discussed.
