首例患者2019年12月發現得到COVID-19 (新型冠狀肺炎病毒),至今疫情不斷延燒至世界各地,疫情對於各國有一定衝擊與影響。部份企業管理者皆已開始啟動在家工作或遠距工作,這種情形將不僅僅只是短期的衝擊,可能是長期更甚是循環性的影響。對於遠距工作的需求將會日益增加,使得員工即使居家檢疫或居家隔離仍能在家工作。在疫情之下,工作模式將出現轉變,如何妥善遠距工作模式的管理,並建構完善的遠距工作法規環境,為政府部門與企業管理者的重要思維考量。為了因應疫常時代的新工作模式,根據文獻探討工作特性歸納出四個技能多樣性、工作重要性、工作自主性、工作回饋性作為層級結構的構面,再根據每個構面的內涵,推廣出層級的準則變數,為主要研究內容,透過 以DEMATEL (決策實驗室分析法) 分析,因此疫情對舊有工作模式的影響,需要改變以前的工作模式,以應變疫常時期的不同突發狀況,此一套客觀的平估轉則,作為日後企業新工作模式的參考。
Cases of COVID-19 were first reported in late December 2019 in Wuhan, located in the Hubei province of central China. Since then, it has spread to almost all countries and the epidemic has had a certain impact on various countries. Many business managers have started remote working or working from home, and this situation will not only be a short-term shock but also may have a long-term and even cyclical impact. Demand for remote work will increase, allowing employees to work from home even under in-home isolation or quarantine. Under the epidemic, the working mode of employees will change. The enterprise managers and government departments should start considering building a sound remote working mode that will help managers supervise and direct the job to make it complete even if people do not work together. The main research content changes in the new work style in the Age of COVID-19, based on the research papers and conclude four parts that contain skill variety, task significance, autonomy, and feedback as the aspects of the hierarchical structure, and then promote the hierarchical structure according to the connotation of each aspect.
