運用科技接受模式探討金融科技知覺風險對行動支付使用意圖之研究

摘要


2020年初,COVID-19新冠疫情爆發,各國政府在避免疫情升溫的同時也積極推廣無接觸式活動,因此臺灣消費者使用行動支付的比率也隨之增加。儘管如此,仍然有部分消費者選擇以現金支付的方式消費。而過去文獻甚少研究其相關的原因,因此,本研究藉由相關文獻,以金融科技為背景,將科技接受模式與知覺風險作為理論架構,探討影響使用意圖的相關要素。 本研究問卷採用網路問卷,在Facebook社團與PTT論壇上以隨機便利抽樣發放,在填答對象不限的情況下,共計回收有效問卷551份,並以結構方程模型進行分析。而最終研究結果發現:1.科技接受模式會正向影響行動支付使用意圖。2.知覺風險會負向影響行動支付使用意圖。3.科技接受模式對行動支付使用意圖會受到知覺風險的調節。本研究的結果與發現有助於行動支付推廣、政策研擬之建議,並提供未來相關議題研究之基石。

At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Governments of various countries have inspired consumers to do contactless activities, while avoiding the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to grow. Therefore, the rate of Taiwan consumers using mobile payment has also increased. Nevertheless, some consumers still choose to pay in cash. In the past, the literature seldom studied the related reasons. Therefore, based on the relevant literature, this research uses the financial technology as the background, and uses the technology acceptance model and perceived risk as the theoretical framework to explore the relevant factors that affect the usage intention. Then use the linear structural relations of the questionnaire investigation method to explore the effects of Fintech perceived risk on the usage intention of mobile payment. The questionnaire of this research adopts the online questionnaire, which is distributed by non-random convenience sampling on Facebook and PTT. In the case of unlimited respondents, a total of 551 valid questionnaires were recovered and analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM). The final research results found that: 1. The technology acceptance model positively affects the usage intention of mobile payment. 2. Perceived risk negatively affects the usage intention of mobile payment. 3. The usage intention of the technology acceptance model for mobile payment moderated by the perceived risk. The results and findings of this study are helpful for mobile payment promotion, policy formulation recommendations, and provide a cornerstone for future research on related issues.
