This study, through empirical tests, examined the relationships among Teachers’ Job Stress, Sports Participation and Teacher’s Job Involvement. At first, this study explored the effects of Teachers’ Job Stress and Sports Participation on Teacher’s Job Involvement. Then, this study also examined how Sports Participation affected Teacher’s Job Involvement. Questionnaire investigation is adopted as the research method in this study. The sample of the study included 298 public junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS Windows 19.0 version and Descriptive statistics, Reliability analysis, Factor analysis and Hierarchical regression were employed to analyze the data. According to the results of the data analysis, Not only do Teachers’ Job Stress and Sports Participation significantly influences Teacher’s Job Involvement, but Teachers’ Job Stress significantly influences Sports Participation.
