教師工作壓力對運動參與及工作投入之影響

摘要

本研究主要是採用實證方式，驗證國民中學教師工作壓力、運動參與和教師工作投入的影響，首先驗證教師工作壓力分別對運動參與和教師工作投入的影響，其次檢測運動參與對教師工作投入之影響。
本研究採用問卷調查的方式進行分析，共回收298份有效問卷，分別採用敘述統計、信度分析、因素分析以及階層回歸作為分析方法。研究結果發現教師工作壓力對工作投入、教師運動參與對工作投入、教師工作壓力對運動參與皆存在顯著影響。
本研究之結論與建議也依據研究之結果具體提出作為相關團體之參考。

This study, through empirical tests, examined the relationships among Teachers’ Job Stress, Sports Participation and Teacher’s Job Involvement. At first, this study explored the effects of Teachers’ Job Stress and Sports Participation on Teacher’s Job Involvement. Then, this study also examined how Sports Participation affected Teacher’s Job Involvement.
Questionnaire investigation is adopted as the research method in this study. The sample of the study included 298 public junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS Windows 19.0 version and Descriptive statistics, Reliability analysis, Factor analysis and Hierarchical regression were employed to analyze the data.
According to the results of the data analysis, Not only do Teachers’ Job Stress and Sports Participation significantly influences Teacher’s Job Involvement, but Teachers’ Job Stress significantly influences Sports Participation.
