An Thong Company is one of the most well-known company in exploiting coals and minerals in the North of Viet Nam. The company now has placing more and more dominant investments in Ha Giang Province, which is known as richest natural resource land in Viet Nam. Additionally, An Thong is also a member of Hoa Phat Corporate – one of the top corporations in Viet Nam. With the rapid growth of economy as well as the demand for coals and minerals, An Thong Coal-Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (An Thong Investment JSC) has been facing many opportunities as well as difficulties for implementing strategic plans to reach to the top of market.
This study is written with the objective of identifying the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the study is carried out with the utilization of survey of questionnaire with sample of employees in the company. Results of data analysis show that job satisfaction can explain for more than 34% of changes in organizational commitment level in An Thong Investment JSC.
