本研究以公平理論為中介變數,探討一般民眾對於警務人員的知覺績效對於其服務品質的影響。礙於警務人員並非以一般民間服務業之顧客服務為導向,警務人員不可能與民眾保持類似企業服務提供者與顧客的關係,因此本研究即欲探究在此情境下,民眾對警務機關認知的分配公平、互動公平、程序公平的知覺是否會影響警察服務品質之評估結果。本研究期以此研究結果,促使警務組織正視民眾公平知覺的影響效果,進而設立更健全的績效評估系統,以促使每位警務人員的工作表現能被真實的呈現,進而激勵優良警務人員,讓警察對其組織更有向力心。 本研究以一般民眾為研究對象,以便利抽樣法發放問卷,並以 SPSS 進分統計、分析。研究結果期望能為警務機關提供相關的建言,以為警政事務能有效推廣及如何深得民心的行政依據。
The purpose of this research is based on equity theory. To discuss the regular citizen’s point of view on the influence of the ethical judgement by the police officers. The Customer Orientation is not the police policy. The relationship between the citizen and police officer is different from enterprise and the customer. This paper is to study the citizen under the particular circumstances about distributive justice、Interactional justice and Procedural justice influences to the police statement’s estimate result. The purpose of this research conclusion is to encourage the police statement to face up to the public ethical judgement influence. In case to build more sturdy performance appraisal system, to make every police officer’s working performance could be truly appear. To encourage the outstanding police officers and increase the attachment to the organization department. This research is using the convenience sampling the questionnaire to the regular citizen and analyses、statistics by SPSS. The result respect to provide the suggestions to police statement, making spread efficient and win great popularity‘s administration basis.
