以UHF RFID為基礎之場域監控系統之研發

摘要


在現代化的大環境下越來越多的特高頻無線射頻識別技術(Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification, UHF RFID)相關的產品及服務出現在生活周邊,凡舉台北捷運、高雄捷運、高速公路收費、停車場收費等,都可以看到這些相關技術的影子,但目前相關技術應用大多集中在UHF RFID的讀取與接收,或者固定點標記,在自動化的應用上卻無法滿足對人員商品及工作安全進行管制與監控,只將相關的技術應用於上下班打卡的紀錄管制及商品進出的極短距離讀取掃描等。 對自動化管理及管理者來說不僅是控管上的困難,而且也只能夠控管出入口,並無法將管理場域的涵蓋範圍延伸至廠區內部,對於工作安全、人員的工作概況及商品都沒有辦法確切的掌控。 本論文嘗試以UHF RFID配合長距離、中距離及短距離的天線開發UHF RFID的相關技術,利用天線的差異性對指定的場域進行切割,並記錄當下場域內的人員及商品的動向,透過此研究實現能夠同時對人員、設備、商品、工作情況、空間應用及工安的監控與管制。

Nowadays, there are more and more UHF RFID related products and services appear around our modernization environment; for example, Taipei MRT, Kaohsiung MRT, highway toll, and parking fee, etc., these all includes some UHF RFID related technology. However, the applications of UHF RFID have currently focused on its access, receive, and fixed point marker, which still cannot satisfy the supervise and monitor on people, goods, and job security. Currently, the related technology only applied to the clock in/out record, and the extremely short distance scan when calculating the cargo. For automatic management field and some manager, it has caused inconvenience on supervising; moreover, it can only control the gateway, instead of the whole internal factory. It cannot accurately monitor occupational safety, employee’s working condition, and cargo. This thesis attempts to develop UHF RFID related technology, which is to match UHF RFID with long/medium/short distance antenna, cut the specific field according to antenna’s differentiation, and write down what happened to the people and cargo inside the field. This research is able to supervise and monitor people, equipment, cargo, and working situation, space application and occupational safety at the same time.
