The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of Job satisfactions for the employees who work in the VTC Company, Vietnam. The Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted to identify the factors of job satisfaction. T-test and ANOVA were run to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there were five factors of job satisfaction including: Work opportunities, salary and benefit, adaptability, supervisor and work feature. In addition, the results showed that there are differences among socio-demographics in job satsfactions. And there are no differences among job behaviors in job satsfactions.
