摘要

隨著網際網路的普及，生活上的各項產品走向網路，當然用戶交換機(PBX)也慢慢的被網路交換機(IP-PBX)取代；網路交換機的發展廠商，也盡量依交換機用戶的使用習慣，研發出符合交換機用戶使用習慣的交換機。
本研究以網路交換機效能應用為主，探討網路交換機使用之用戶，在使用網路交換機用戶感受到其方便性、實用性。本研究就三種不同的環境，在使用網路交換機取代傳統用戶交換機的情況下所得到的優勢做出研究，來說明網路交換機如何提升使用上的效能。

With the popularization of Internet and progress in technology, the general appliances used in daily life converges to the network is essential, PBX is not the exception. Private branch exchange (PBX) development companies develop the Internet protocol private branch exchange (IPPBX) also, according to the PBX user's habits, develop IPPBXs fit the using habits of the users.
This study focuses on the structure, functions and performance of IPPBX applications and explores the convenience and practicality after using the IPPBX, along with the advantages after replacing the IPPBX to the PBX in three different industries to illustrate how IPPBX can promote the using efficiency as well as lower costs.
