應用於直流電壓供電之新型 LED 路燈驅動電路

摘要


發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)具有使用壽命長、發光亮度高、體積小、不易損壞及無汙染等特點,符合現今人類對於環保節能的趨勢。而隨著發光二極體的廣泛使用,以發光二極體作為發光源的新型路燈也逐漸取代使用金屬鹵化物燈為發光源的傳統路燈。然而一般市售的 LED 路燈驅動電路多採用三級或兩級架構,其缺點為元件使用較多、驅動電路體積龐大,且因為經過多級功率轉換導致輸入能量的使用效率降低。因此,本論文提出應用於直流電壓供電之新型 LED 路燈驅動電路,由降壓式轉換器整合返馳式轉換器所構成,且將變壓器的漏電感能量進行回收,具有減少功率開關與使用元件數目、降低驅動電路成本與提高能量轉換效率等特點。 本論文已完成分析新型 LED 路燈驅動電路的動作原理,並研製一個應用於直流輸入電壓為 48V、輸出功率為 72W(36V/2A)的 LED 路燈雛型驅動電路。最後,將實測結果與 SIMetrix-SIMPLIS 模擬軟體之模擬波行進行比較,以驗證本論文提出之新型 LED 路燈驅動電路之可行性。此外,實測本論文研製的 LED 路燈驅動電路,可得到輸出電壓漣波率小於 15%、輸出電流漣波率小於 6%以及高電路效率的結果(效率大於 91%)。

Light Emitting Diode (LED) has the characteristics of long service life, high luminous brightness, small size, not easy to damage and no pollution, which is in line with the current trend of human beings for environmental protection and energy saving. With the widespread use of light-emitting diodes, new street lamps using light-emitting diodes as light-emitting sources have gradually replaced traditional street lamps using metal halide lamps as light-emitting sources. However, the commonly available LED street lamp driving circuits mostly use three-level or two-level architectures, which have the disadvantages of using more components, bulky driving circuits, and lowering the use efficiency of input energy due to excessive power conversion. Therefore, this thesis proposes a new LED street lamp drive circuit for DC voltage power supply, which is composed of a buck converter integrated with a flyback converter, and recovers the leakage inductance energy of the transformer, which can reduce the number of power switches and components used, Reduce the cost of the drive circuit and improve the energy conversion efficiency, etc. In addition, this thesis has completed the analysis of the operating principle of the new LED street lamp drive circuit, and developed a prototype LED street lamp drive circuit with a DC input voltage of 48V and an output power of 72W (36V/2A). Finally, the measured results are compared with the simulated wave travel of SIMetrixSIMPLIS simulation software to verify the feasibility of the new LED street lamp drive circuit proposed in this thesis. In addition, the actual measurement of the LED street lamp drive circuit developed in this thesis can obtain the results that the output voltage ripple rate is less than 15%, the output current ripple rate is less than 6%, and the result of high circuit efficiency (efficiency is greater than 91%).
