摘要


鋼鐵業在傳統產業占有極大分量,為滿足生產需求,大煉鋼廠內有著各式因應作業需求而設立的天車。過去經常看見天車在廠房上方吊運荷物移動,人員就在天車下方的產線或儲區作業,又或者在吊運荷物過程中有盲點,發生吊運事故耳有所聞,這些事故所造成的損失對企業是種沉重的負擔,對受害者的家庭是無法抹滅的傷害;如何消弭天車所造成的損害,是大家共同持續努力的目標。 為提升天車吊運安全,降低事故發生,結合過去擔任天車操作員的經驗,針對轄區單位所發生的天車事故來進行設備改善,過程中所使用的改善方式是採用8Ds改善程序結合5Why的問題解決法,從事故發生、事故探討,結合各方技術資源,緩解及應變,直到找出真正原因,最後集思廣益集結資源作設備改善,有效來遏止事故重複發生,最後成果達成後,參與團隊共同申請專利認證之歷程。

The steel industry has a strong presence in traditional industries. In order to meet the production needs, a variety of cranes are set up in large steel mills to meet the operating needs. In the past, cranes were often seen moving above the plant lifting load movement, and personnel in the production line or storage area were just under the cranes. Also, sometimes in the process of lifting load has a blind spot, so that lifting accidents happened from time to time. The loss caused by these accidents is a burden on the enterprise, and an inerasable injury to the victim's family. How to eliminate the damage caused by the cranes is the goal which needs our consistent efforts to reach. In order to improve the safety of cranes and reduce accidents, we should combine with the experience as operators of cranes and improve equipment for the jurisdiction of the crane accident occurred. The improvement method used in the process is to use 8Ds improvement procedures combined with 5 Why problem solving method, including how accidents happened, investigating accidents, and combining with all technical resources, and then mitigate and strain, to find out the real reason, and finally brainstorm ingested resources for equipment improvement to effectively stop the recurrence of accidents. At last, the participating team applies for patent certification after the accomplishment.
