職業軍人國外觀光動機與旅遊產品考量之研究-以新北市地區軍人為例

摘要


本次研究透過試著歸納整理出,各旅遊套裝行程的考量,研究成果可提供新北市旅遊業業者,對於旅遊套裝行程規劃參考,並給予所在地區內之職業軍人相關研究資訊,瞭解他人旅遊動機與行程選擇考量。 問卷針對符合年齡18歲以上,並現行擔任職業軍人,其公司所在範圍以新北市地區為研究範疇,被研究的對象需要有出國旅遊意願,其研究結果,提出下列幾點建議: 1、不同「職業軍人教育程度」與「職業軍人收入程度」對旅遊特性偏好有不同之考量,在選擇旅遊套裝行有明顯差異。 2、在「喜歡參加的旅遊主題」以「風景建築」最高;在「套裝行程資訊的獲得」中以「自行搜尋」為主;在「出國旅遊平均1人團費」中,以「3~5萬以下」為佳;在「出國旅遊時間」選定中,以「安插於工作空檔時期」居多;在「最常去或去過的國家」中,以「東北亞」高達4成多。 3、在「行程考量」條件中,對於「旅行社口碑」平均數最高,其次則為「行程的交通規劃」;在「領隊導遊考量」條件中,服務人員(領隊、導遊)的解說、溝通、機動性及危機處理等列入旅遊者考量因素;在「品質考量」條件中,各題項對於受訪者的重要程度平均值皆高,意味著品質層面會造成其明顯的影響。

This research tries to summarize and sort out the consideration of each tour package itinerary. The research results can provide the tourism industry in New Taipei City with reference for the planning of tour package itineraries, and provide relevant research information for professional soldiers in the region to understand the travel motivation of others. Consider itinerary selection.The questionnaire is aimed at people who are over 18 years old and are currently serving as professional soldiers. The scope of their company is based on the New Taipei City area. The subjects under study need to have the willingness to travel abroad. The research results put forward the following suggestions:   1. Different "professional military education level" and "professional military income level" have different considerations for travel characteristics preferences, and there are obvious differences in the choice of travel packages.   2. "Scenic architecture" is the highest in "Tourism themes you like to participate in"; "Search by yourself" is the main in "Access to package itinerary information"; In "Average 1-person group fee for overseas travel", "3~ “Below 50,000” is better; in the selection of “time to travel abroad”, most of them are “placed in the gap of work”; in the “most frequently visited or visited countries”, “Northeast Asia” is as high as 40%.   3. In the conditions of "Itinerary Considerations", the average number of "Travel Agency Word of Mouth" is the highest, followed by "Traffic Planning of the Itinerary"; in the "Consideration of Tour Leaders and Tour Guides", the explanation, communication, Mobility and crisis management are included in the factors for tourists to consider. In the "Quality Consideration" condition, the average importance of each item to the respondents is high, which means that the quality level will have a significant impact.
