隨著科技的發達,智慧型手機已非常普及,在智慧型手機的應用程式裡,LINE是一個非常普遍的即時通訊軟體,它讓使用者可以透過文字與表情貼圖精簡有效的傳達意念。本研究以科技接受模式去探討行動社群訊息中文字與表情貼圖對國軍人員的接受度之影響。本研究採用問卷方式實施,並以高雄地區曾經使用過LINE的國軍官兵為研究對象。綜合研究結果,國軍人員普遍高度認同LINE是個可以降低通訊成本且實用的溝通平台,也高度認同LINE的易用性,另外也發現表情貼圖的使用比起資訊與他人分享獲得國軍人員更高的肯定。國軍人員在使用LINE的目的屬於一般的聯繫與情感交流為主,而較不認同將LINE用來作為正式傳達工作上的訊息。還有LINE的遊戲並非其主要亮點,且傳統文字訊息也比較不吸引使用者。
As the information technology advances in recent years, smart phones are widely adopted and used by many users. For the Apps installed in smart phones, LINE is a popular software that supports instant messaging. LINE provides text and emoticons messaging approaches for users exchanging their messages. In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is employed for exploring the effects of military personnel using text and emoticons messaging. This study investigates the military personnel who serve in South Taiwan military organizations. The results of this study include the following. The military personnel aggress on the saving of communication fee and the usefulness as well as ease of use of the LINE software. Moreover, emoticons are more popular than sharing information. And, the military personnel use LINE for communication and sharing but not for job and formal communication. Besides, LINE games are not key features for military personnel and text messaging functionality is also not a popular feature.
