本研究係依師徒制度之概念,用以分析師徒制在警察此職業中對新進警察人員工作適應度的影響。本研究將從新進警察人員徒弟的角度,討論不同警察師徒關係的類型(正式/非正式、同職別/非同職別、年齡差距、性別配對、男師父/女師父),新進警察人員所感知的師徒功能差異情形,並進而分析其差異情形對於工作適應的影響。 本研究係以警務工作經驗未滿三年的新進警察人員為研究對象,並以研究者彙整其他研究編制問卷作為研究工具,藉由網路問卷,於PTT電子佈告欄警察專科學校專版與各警察通訊軟體工作群組間發放。問卷蒐集共得268份,扣除無效問卷後之有效問卷為266份。經由調查問卷所蒐集初級資料,根據本研究之目的,分別以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子獨立變異數分析以及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析討論。本研究主要有以下幾點發現與實務建議: 一、警察師徒關係的類型與新進警察人員所感知的師徒功能沒有差異性。 二、新進警察人員所感知的師徒功能對其的工作適應有高度且顯著的影響。 三、延長警察師徒制時間、重視警察師父的遴選,以及制定警察師徒制的相關辦法
This study is based on the concept of mentoring, in order to analysis the police profession mentoring system on work adjustment for police newcomer. Using the protégé’s perspective, this study examined the effects of mentoring function in different police mentoring types (formal / informal, same job title / not same job title, age gap, gender composition, and mentor gender), and investigated the relationship between police mentoring function and police newcomer work adjustment situation. This study collected empirical data from the police newcomer with the police work experience less than three years, and organized other study questionnaire to develop this study research implement. We created an electronic questionnaire with internet forms, issued the questionnaire in PTT, the bulletin board system, TPC_Police board, and LINE messaging software police working group. Then, we collected 268 responses, among them, there were 266 valid questionnaires after removing invalid questionnaires. According to the study purpose, this primary data were performed to descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t test, analysis of variance, and regression analysis separately, and investigated the analysis results. The following is the study result and the practical advice: 1.There is no significant difference between the any police mentoring types and the mentoring functions which the police newcomer felt. 2.The mentoring functions which the police newcomer felt affect work adjustment effectiveness from police newcomer obviously. 3.Extend the time of police profession mentoring, Pay attention to the selection of the police mentor, and formulate the rules about police profession mentoring.
