知覺價值對顧客忠誠度之關係研究-以國際觀光旅館為例

摘要


旅遊業有「火車頭效應」、「環保效應」、「人員需求效應」、「避免關稅壁壘」等優點,所以旅遊業為許多國家的兵家必爭之地,其競爭非常激烈,「國際觀光飯店」為「旅遊業」其中一個重要環節為政府需要重點扶持的對象。 本研究探討「服務品質」、「知覺價值」、「顧客滿意度」等各種影響國際觀光旅館之顧客忠誠度的相關因素,並分析各種因素對其旅客的顧客忠誠度之影響,其實驗結果顯示,服務品質、知覺價值、顧客滿意度對旅客的顧客忠誠度皆有一定的正向影響力,本研究亦為此研擬各種提升國際觀光旅館之「服務品質」和「知覺價值」與旅客的「顧客滿意度」之對策以提供給政府進行參考。

Tourism had "locomotive effect" and "environmental effects", "personnel demand effect", "to avoid tariff barriers" and so on, so tourism is strongly contested in many countries, the competition is fierce, "international tourist hotel" for "tourism" one of the important links for projects supported by the Government. This research discussion "service quality", and "perception value", and "customer satisfaction degrees", various effect international sightseeing hotel of customer loyalty degrees of related factors, and analysis various factors on its passenger of customer loyalty degrees of effect, its experiment results displayed, service quality, and perception value, and customer satisfaction degrees on passenger of customer loyalty degrees are has must of are to influence, this research also for Institute intends various upgrade international sightseeing hotel of "service quality" and "perception value" and passenger of " Customer satisfaction "measures to provide to the Government for reference.
