中國發展航母對亞洲地區之影響

摘要

一、中國首艘航空母艦「遼寧號」於2012年9月25日正式移交與中國海軍服役，該航艦原為前蘇聯海軍報廢的「瓦良格號 (Varyag)」。中國於1998年購入，翻修而成。建造航母，一方面意味著中國勢必會將軍力部署擴展至東南亞之外，首艘航艦成軍，亦是建軍現代化的重要里程碑。
二、中國發展航空母艦，航母代表著中國海軍勢必走向遠洋，發展海權的象徵。尤其一直以來與東協各國在南海的爭端不斷，首艘的航母服役，必然翻轉南海局勢。
三、中國以當前崛起之勢成為強權之國，並在世界經濟中占一席之位。東南亞及美日各國不斷解讀中國戰略意圖，避免可能的武裝衝突，並分析其動機與挑戰。
四、亞洲的安全面臨諸多的挑戰，中國以驚人的經濟與人口成長，對外以和平外交及經濟合作為由，積極推動和睦政策，然而就政治和安全情勢而言，背後的戰略意圖深遠。

I.PRC’s (People’s Republic of China) first aircraft carrier “Liao-ning”,the former USSR(Union of Soviet Republice)retired naval shie “Varyag”,purchased and renovated in 1998 by PRC,had officially handed over to the PRC’s navy on September 25th, 2012.Establixhing an aircraft service not only means PRC’s navy will certainly extend its military deployment across the south-eastern Asia,but also stands for the important milestone of the military modernization with reinforcement.
II.The development of PRC’s aircraft carrier represents its navy must be projected to the ocean and symbolizes the sea power development.The service of the“Liao-ning”will inevitably turn the table form the current and endless dispute between the ASEAN countries.
III.PRC’s has become a powerful country with current rising trend,making a place in the world economy,While ASEAN countriec,the United United States ad Japan are still approaching the PRC’s strategies and intentions,trying to avoid potential armed conflicts while analyzing its motivations and challenges.
IV.Asia’s security faces mny challenges nowadays,due to PRC’s economy economic alliance by promoting beneficial and harmonic policies.However,in terms of political and security situation,the strategy behind the scene is decent and considering.
