台灣近年來國人少子化的問題日趨明顯,導致現行招募工作推展不易,本研究以社會青年報考國軍志願役士兵意願之研究,目的為瞭解在各種招募行銷策略中,何種方式對有興趣加入國軍之青年招募作法較具吸引力,並從各方面探討是否影響學生報考意願。本研究採用深度訪談方式,研究對象以高雄地區學生及適齡人員15位、軍訓教官及招募員15位探討國軍現行招募方式、報考誘因、政策修正建議等方向,由學生角度剖析國軍招募作為,並輔以學校教官及國軍招募人員建議,研究顯示招募資訊暢通,報考動機明確,改善軍人形象,與完善的福利制度有助志願役士兵班隊報考意願;志願役士兵班隊教育訓練制度應與時俱進,對志願役士兵班隊報考意願具正向關聯性,而提升招募班隊門檻,去蕪存菁對於部隊體質上,有明顯的助益,最後根據研究結果提出提升軍人形象、改變教育訓練時程、完善退伍官兵就業輔導及眷屬照顧等結論與建議,以建議國軍後續規劃及未來研究之輔助。

This study uses in-depth interview series, the study subjects to Kaohsiung area students and age-appropriate personnel 15, military training instructors and recruiters 15 to explore the current recruitment methods of the Taiwan Army, the recruitment incentives, policy amendment proposals and other directions, by the student perspective to analyze the recruitment of the National Army as, supplemented by school instructors and Taiwan army recruiters suggest, the study shows that the recruitment information is open, the motivation to apply for the examination is clear, improve the image of the military, and improve the welfare system to help the volunteer soldiers to volunteer. On the volunteer soldiers class will be positive correlation, and to raise the recruitment team threshold, go to Wu-san for the physical fitness of the troops, there are obvious benefits, and finally according to the results of the study put forward to enhance the image of the military, change the education and training schedule, improve the employment counseling of veterans and family care and other conclusions and suggestions, to recommend the Taiwan Army follow-up planning and future research to assist.
