以科技接受模式探討臺南市國小專輔教師使用輔導E化系統之行為意向

摘要


本研究以科技接受模式(technology acceptance model, TAM),探討臺南市國小專輔教 師在學校輔導工作中,使用輔導 E 化系統之行為意向及現況,包含外部變項、認知有用性、認知易用性、使用態度及行為意向等主要構面及其實際使用狀況。本研究以半結構式之深度訪談法,以主題分析法進行資料整理與文本分析。訪談大綱分為結構式的個人背景資料與 TAM 為架構設計的開放式問題。研究對象為 111 學年度上學期擔任臺南市國小專輔教師,並有輔導E化系統使用經驗者。 研究成果如下: 1. 研究歸納認知有用性及認知易用性構面之影響因素,並拓展七項外部因素。 2. 認知有用性部分主要受到環境方面之外部因素影響,其中「主管對系統態度」影響使用者行為意向。 3. 認知易用性部分受到個人、系統及環境方面之外部因素影響。 4. 研究發現,使用者有轉介需求時皆會使用三級功能,且會持續使用,因線上轉介方式較為方便,使用態度較正向,此也為轉介唯一途徑。 5. 二級功能則較少使用者使用且較不考慮使用,因為較不易使用且對工作效率幫助有限,主管或機關要求才會使用,且期待系統有所改善。 6. 使用者的實際行為上,能夠反應使用者的行為意向,研究符合科技接受模式之假設。 7. 本研究依據研究成果,提出理論及實務上相關建議。

This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate the behavioral intention and current status of Tainan elementary school counselors in utilizing the E- counseling system in their school counseling work. The main constructs examined include external variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes towards use, and behavioral intention, as well as the actual usage of the system. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted, and thematic analysis was employed for data organization and text analysis. The interview outline consisted of structured personal background information and open-ended questions based on the TAM framework. The study participants were elementary school counselors in Tainan City who had experience using the E-counseling counseling system during the first semester of the 111th academic year. The research findings are as follows: 1. Identifies influencing factors for perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, expanding upon seven external factors. 2. Perceived usefulness is primarily influenced by environmental factors, particularly the supervisor's attitude, impacting users' behavioral intention. 3. Perceived ease of use is influenced by individual, system, and environmental factors. 4. Users consistently utilize the tertiary functionality for referrals, as it is convenient and receives a positive attitude due to its online method. 5. The secondary functionality is less used, as it is less user-friendly and offers limited assistance to work efficiency. Users employ it when requested, expecting system improvements. 6. Users' behavior aligns with their intention, confirming the Technology Acceptance Model. 7. The study provides theoretical and practical recommendations based on the findings.
