工作壓力、休閒活動對工作滿意度之影響-以南部加工區某高科技產業從業人員為例

The Impact of Job Stress and Leisure Activities on the Level of Employee’s Satisfaction with Jobs—Taking the Employees of a Hi-Tech Industry in Export Processing Zones as an Example

摘要


高科技產業的急迫性與不確定性,對於從業人員的工作滿意度、工作壓力及休閒活動層面之影響,為一值得深入探討之主題。因此,本研究旨在了解科技公司員工的工作壓力、休閒活動與工作滿意度的現況及相關情形,並比較不同背景變項的員工之差異情形。期望能透過本研究結果,對科技產業員工的工作滿意度與相關因素有一概略的理解,以做為人力資源管理因應策略規劃的重要參考,進而有助於提高員工的績效表現。 本研究係以高科技產業的員工為研究對象,以「工作壓力、休閒活動及工作滿意度」問卷針對某高科技產業的半導體封裝及測試業公司現職200位員工收集資料,並以 SPSS 20來進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析分析來驗證各構面間的關係。 結論如下:高科技產業員工之「工作壓力、休閒活動、工作滿意度」感受,因不同人口統計變項而有不同,多數變項呈現有顯著差異;除「工作類型」呈現無顯著差異。高科技產業員工之「工作環境」與其「工作內容、升遷發展、薪資福利、主管關係、同儕關係」滿意度有顯著相關;高科技產業員工之「工作負荷」與其「工作內容、升遷發展、薪資福利」滿意度有顯著相關;高科技產業員工之「休閒參與滿意度」與其「工作內容、升遷發展、薪資福利、主管關係」滿意度有顯著相關。本研究並針對研究結果,我們將提出改善員工工作壓力、休閒活動及工作滿意度的人力資源管理策略以及後續研究方向的具體建議給高科技產業相關單位。

The urgency and uncertainty of high-tech industries may make their employees face various problems in terms of job stress, leisure activities as well as job satisfaction. Therefore, the purposes of the study are to investigate the current job situations and the correlation of the variables in job stress, leisure activities and job satisfaction among the employees working for a hi-tech industry. The subjects of this study were 200 employees from the department of semiconductor packaging and testing in a hi-tech industry. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis via the software of the SPSS 20. The results of the study are as follows: There were significant differences in the perceptions of job stress, leisure activities and job satisfaction according to demographic factors. However, no significant difference was shown in the perceptions of the" type of job", The high-tech employees’ perceptions of the working environment was significantly correlated to those of satisfaction with work contents, the promotion and development, the salary and benefits as well as the relationship with supervisors and peers, The hi-tech employees’ perceptions of workloads were significantly correlated to those of satisfaction with work contents, the promotion and development as well as the salary and benefits; moreover, The hi-tech employees’ perceptions of satisfaction with leisure participation were significantly correlated to those of satisfaction with work contents, the promotion and development, the salary and benefits as well as the relationship with supervisors. According to the findings, we would offer some suggestions to the department of human resource management for giving them more strategies regarding the improvement in job stress, leisure activities and job satisfaction of employees. In addition, those suggestions could be a direction for future research into the management of employees in hi-tech industries.
