E-commerce in Indonesia has been reported to be at high speed of development. At the same time, millennials are taking over the workforce making them the dominant generation that is working right now in Indonesia. Millennials are prone to do turnover and turnover is costly both in cost, time or effort for the organization. Hence, this research investigates the moderating effect of work values on job satisfaction and turnover intention and the meditating effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction and turnover intention in the E-commerce industry. Questionnaire data were collected from millennials who are currently working in the e-commerce sector in Indonesia. The questionnaires were distributed online and analyzed with SPSS. This research finds that a higher job satisfaction will lead to a lower turnover intention. Organizational commitment together with job satisfaction also suppress the turnover intention at bay. Work values and age are found to be moderators between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
