以科技接受模式探討智能家居系統之使用意圖

摘要


在高科技發達的時代中,如何才能在短時間內,做許多事情以及提高生活品質儼然已成為人們追求的重要目標。然而,隨著行動裝置的出現、寬廣的網路世界,人們可以利用隨手可得的行動裝置透過網際網路來控制家中電器,在回到住宅之前,便能打造出舒適的環境,因此,智能家居的概念也漸漸出現於社會上,而本研究將探討使用者對於智能家居系統上的便利性、複雜性是否會影響使用者的認知進而正向影響使用者的使用意圖,而不同背景的使用者之使用意圖是否具有差異性。 本研究首先回顧智能家居系統與科技接受模式(TAM)之相關文獻進一步建立研究假設,而後以科技接受模式分別探討智能家居系統便利性、智能家居系統複雜性、認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖及個人背景對使用者之影響。研究資料蒐集預期將採用發放問卷方式,研究對象主要為一般民眾。正式問卷中有效問卷158人的資料皆顯示項目間具有高度信效度及相關性。本研究結果為智能家居系統之便利性對認知有用性與認知易用性有正向影響;智能家居系統之複雜性對認知有用性與認知易用性有負向影響;認知有用性與認知易用性對使用意圖有正向影響;而人口統計變數中年齡與職業之使用意圖有顯著差異。其中,由資料分析結果,希望可以提供智能家居系統開發者與企業對於智能家居系統的未來發展策略及推行智能家居系統的整體行銷方向,更能提供後續研究學者對於智能家居系統研究的參考指標。

In the high technological genernation, how to doing many things and also increase the qulity of life in a short time becomes the target that people want to achieve. With the mobile device, people can easily control all the appliances at home through Internet to creat a comfortable environment before home. Thus, the idea of smarthome control systems is developing gradually. This research is discussing whether users’ intentions of using smarthome control systems is affected by the convenience or the complexity of the systems, and also if the background of users will affect users’ intentions. The research assumption will be established by reviewing the literatures of smarthome control systems and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). Then, the reseach will dicuss about effect on the convenience of smarthome control system, the complexity of smarthome control system, the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease, the intention of using, and also the background by TAM. The data will be collected by questionnaire surve. The object of this study is the public. The valid questionnaires show that each item has high reliability and connection. The result show that convenience and the complexity of smarthome control system have the positive effect toward the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease, and the the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease have the positvite effect toward the intention of using smarthome control systems. Yet, age and career in demographic variables show the difference of the intention. The purpose of this reseach is to offer business the marketing directions for the future development, and for future researcher a possible derection of futher research.
