化學物質機器攪拌微造粒大量生產之研究

摘要


近年來,國軍軍事工廠生產各式武器裝備需求,爾具有火災爆炸危險或有害人體健康之化學物質,造成生產作業人員的巨大責任和風險;且因配藥限制和生產高峰期,調配化學物質時間無法趕上裝配時間,造成配藥人員壓力。因此,本研究目標在於保護作業人員安全下,開發機器攪拌化學物質微造粒,以快速提升產量。 本研究以國軍某工廠為個案研究,研究流程包含四大步驟,首先觀察現有個案工廠生產製程,並透過文獻探討化學物質,如氧化物、金屬粉、阻燃物、膠合劑的材料特性;其次提出創新設計的機器攪拌製程,探討生產參數以提升產量和縮短工時;第三是以人機分離作業方式,減少人員作業風險;最後將混配完成之化學物質組裝成品,以實驗驗證配方效能的影響,將兩種成品完成,以試燒測量秒數探討其差異性。 研究結果顯示,使用本研究所開發之機器攪拌製程與人機分離作業,可減少生產線作業人員承受火災爆炸風險、降低生產高峰期人員負擔、提升產量,可讓個案工廠兼顧安全與環保,得以永續經營。

In recent years, the military factory has produced various types of weapons and equipment demanded several chemical substances that have the potential dangerous of fire/explosion and harmful to human health. Hence, the operators and technicians in production line have received great responsibilities and risks. Besides, the limitation of dispensing and the peak production period would result in delaying delivery the compounding chemicals to the assembly, which gives rise to high stress on the dispensing personnel. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop a novel machine stirring the micorgranulation of fine powder to increase production and reduce time under safety protection for the production personnel. A military factory in the northern Taiwan is taken as the case study in this research. Research process is described as follows: In the first, the existing manufacturing process was carefully studied and chemical substances, such as oxides, fuel, and binder were thoroughly investigated the material properties; Secondly, a novel stirred machine was designed and developed to study the differences between manual dispensing processes and machine agitation, and explored parameters for promptly increasing the production by different mixing methods; Thirdly, a human-machine separation scheme was implemented to reduces the risk of personnel operations: Finally, the compounding of the finished chemical products was packed and validated the efficacy of the recipes, and experiments were conducted to determine the firing time for two finished products. Research results demonstrated that the application of the developed machine and human-machine separation scheme could dramatically reduce the risk of fire and explosion for those operators worked in the production line, decrease the burden of personnel during the peak of production, and increase the output with improved yield. The developed machine stirring manufacturing process in this research is able to ensure the case study factory sustainable operation under personnel safety and environmental protection.
