網際網路對男性高中學生間負面情緒管理影響

摘要


高中學生正值身心發展的關鍵時刻,極易受到外在訊息,尤其是網際網路對其情緒管理的影響。此外,研究顯示男性較女性易有攻擊行為。因此,本研究以男性高中學生為研究對象,探討使用網際網路行為,對負面情緒管理的影響。本研究也針對生活作息不同的二所全男性學生的高中,一為週一至週五全天留在學校,作息完全由校方管束;一為週一至週五每日來校僅8小時,其餘時間不受校方管束。藉此差異性,分析男性高中生使用網際網路與負面情緒管控的關聯性。 本研究採問卷調查方式,對象為高雄地區二所高中的男性學生,共發放450份問卷,回收有效問卷共448份,回收率99.5%。本研究使用SPSS軟體,進行描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及主成分分析等五項量化統計分析。研究結果顯示,學校生活作息不同的男高中生,使用網際網路影響到學生的生理與心理情緒。 網路使用越趨普及,上網的方式越來越便利,而使用網路後造成的情緒影響,越來越大。本研究顯示男性高中學生的日常的情緒,使用網路後有顯著的影響,而網路沉癮亦會造成無法控制的負面情緒,可能影響了學業,甚至影響了親子間的情感,以及社會風氣。

Senior high school students are in the critical moment for their mental and physical development. Students’ emotional management are easily affected by external environment and extrinsic information from internet. Previous studies demonstrated that men have more aggressive behaviors than women. Therefore, this study aims to investigate surfing on the internet influencing on negative emotional management for senior high school boy students. The impact on management of regular routine are also carefully explored in this study. Senior high schools are categorized into two types: (1) boarding school, students’ daily routine on weekdays are managed by school stuff, (2) day school, students live outside school and commute to school on weekdays, usually stay in school only 8~10 hours per day. The differentiation of school management has been carefully examined on the relevance between the employment of internet and negative emotional management. Questionnaire survey has been adopted in this research and the survey object is boy students in two senior high schools in Kaohsiung municipal district. Inn total, 450 questionnaires were distributed, 448 were effectively retrieved with effective recovery of 99.5%. Statistics software SPSS was employed for descriptive Statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sampling t-test, ANOVA and principal component analysis. Preliminary results revealed that boy students in two different regular routine high schools had a great influence on the relevance between the employment of internet and students’ mental and physical conditions. Ubiquitous internet results in more convenient and mobile to access the internet, i.e. anytime, anywhere and any devices for all users. However, emotional behavior becomes crucial after surfing on the internet which has been drawn much attention recently. This study reveals that senior high school boy students’ emotional behaviors dramatically affected by surfing the internet. Internet addiction disorder or problematic internet use could only lead to negative emotional behaviors, school study and even parent-child relationship as well as social value system.
