慢性病病患接受衛教與個管師衛教相關因素之探討

現代人的生活習慣以及工作型態，外食也成為現代人解決三餐的最快速方法，如此也使得目前國人三高比率逐漸攀升，根據國民健康署(2019)統計資料顯示國內目前18歲以上三高的盛行率已逐年攀升，其中高血壓已達到25.82%、高血脂已達到21.63%、高血糖已達到9.82%，這些都造成國人慢性病患者逐年攀升的主要原因。本研究以衛教角度做為研究出發方向，主要透過探討慢性病病患接受衛教服務與個案管理師(本文以下簡稱個管師)衛教相關因素，以試圖找出對於個案管理師進行衛教是否能真正協助控制慢性疾病或是改善慢性疾病之主要關鍵因素。根據研究結果發現個管師確實能強化病人對於疾病的控管，也能降低醫護人員對於工作上的壓力，進而強化病人對於慢性病的管控，強化疾病控制的效果。
