In the information technology and innovation era, knowledge management is becoming an important issue. In the pursuits of innovation, companies also need to comply with every move of ethics. Therefore, both knowledge management and corporate social responsibility cannot be ignored when businesses are pursuing the success of the enterprise. This study investigates the relationship among corporate social responsibility, knowledge management, and organizational performance, especially the role of knowledge management. In this study, both interviews and questionnaires surveys were conducted. Sample was selected from the 2013 top firms list of 1350 manufacturing industry published by CommonWealth magazine. 1276 questionnaires were sent by mailing, and there are 102 effective questionnaires retrieved. Afterwards the returned questionnaires were analyzed with the software of SPSS. The analysuis results show that corporate social responsibility and knowledge management both have positive impacts on organizational performance; knowledge management also has a positive impact on corporate social responsibility. In addition, corporate social responsibility and knowledge management has some positive interaction effects on organizational performance.
