銅(Copper)是人類最早發現並且關係密切的一種金屬,具有良好的延展性、導熱和導電性等優點,因此廣泛的應用於電纜、印刷電路和其他電性應用。若不慎含銅廢水流入河流、渠道或任意傾倒電子廢棄物,銅離子會污染水源。這是一個長期且不可回復的污染過程,若攝取過量的銅會造成人體器官代謝異常進而產生腦病變及肝硬化,所以,若能研究出一種新穎的方式對水中銅離子濃度進行檢測,則可以有效預防過量的銅離子殘留於動植物及人體內。石英晶體微天平(Quzrtz Crystal Microbalance,QCM)對於偵測分子重量變化十分靈敏,因此,本研究使用添加磷酸基修飾樹枝狀聚合物的大環螯合物作為感測薄膜塗佈在QCM金電極表面上。此QCM檢測銅離子的線性範圍為0.01 ~ 100 μM (6.4×10-4~ 6.4 ppm),檢測的最低濃度極限為0.01 μM (6.4×10-4 ppm)。本研究將探討添加樹枝狀聚合物於大環螯合物的適當比例,以及研究感測器檢測特性,包括靈敏度、再製性、回復性、專一性、最大吸附量、和吸附平衡常數。
Copper is considered to be one of the first metals to be used by humans.Copper has the high electrical and thermal conductivities and sufficient ductility to makes it the preferred material for telecommunications cables, printed circuit board conductors and a host of other electrical applications. Unfortunately, copper released by the electrical industry is increasingly being found in freshwater as a result of the dumping of electronic trash and has become a widely distributed pollutant in natural water. Pollution caused by copper ions is a long-term and irreversible process. An overload of copper is poisonous and can damage your liver, brain and other organs.If we can develop a novel way to detect the concentration of copper ions in water, that could effectively prevent excessive copper ions remain in the human body. In this study, a new sensing membrane of mixture of phosphate-modified dendrimer and ionophore has been synthesized. It has been applied for Cu(II) metal ion sensing by Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) at room temperature. QCM is sensitive to the detection of molecular weight. The linear detection range of the prepared QCM for Cu(II) ion detection was 0.01 ~ 100 μM (6.4×10-4 ~ 6.4 ppm). The limit of detection was 0.01 μM (6.4×10-4 ppm) Cu(II) ions. An appropriate ratio of dendrimers to ionophore has also been discussed. The detection properties including sensitivity, reproductively, specificity, maximum adsorption capacity, and adsorption equilibrium constants have been investigated.
