台灣社會創業機會創造過程探討-以天空的院子與小鎮文創為例

摘要


本研究主要探討本土社會創業如何產生創意並將其實現以達成其社會影響目的。社會企業原則上是基於「減少或緩和某個社會問題或市場失靈」的社會目的而成立,與商業企業的特性略有差異,因此主要目的在探討國內社會創業的機會創造過程,藉以瞭解社會創業如何產生創意並將其實現。本研究採用質性、以單一個案為研究策略,研究方法為文獻分析法及深度訪談,並以天空的院子與小鎮文創股份有限公司的創業家何○○為主要研究之對象,研究結論有以下六點:第一、影響本土社會創業的創意形成的過程與Guclu, Dees and Anderson(2002)提出的理論類似,需要注意的是創意的形成很難一蹴可及,可能需要融合社會創業家的個人經歷、主動學習與團隊反饋等等因素,經由長時間的互動、累積、逐漸修正而產生。第二、創意可能在社會創業過程中的任何時間點出現,創業家必需具備相當的決心與毅力,更需要親友的共識與支持以及創業家全心全力的投入才能將其實現。第三、創意實現過程所成就的機會,似乎能創造社會企業延續的動力,而有效的「媒體」策略,不僅能加速實現創意,更能傳播創業家的社會影響理論,觸發更多的機會以達到社會影響的目的。第四、有效的結合企業屬性,開發低成本的經營方式,企業收入穩定後再推動社會目的,是社會創業成功或永續發展的重要因素。

This study investigated how local social entrepreneurship can generate ideas and achieve targeted social impact. Social enterprise is based on the establishing principles of "reducing or mitigating a social problem or market failure", with slightly different characteristics from that of commercial businesses. Therefore the main purpose is to explore creative process opportunities in domestic social entrepreneurship, in order to understand how social entrepreneurship can generate ideas and then implement these ideas. A qualitative, single case study research strategy method is used in this study, along with document analysis and in-depth interviews. Mr. Ho founded "Sky-Yard" and the Townway Co., Ltd, were the main objects of research; there were six findings in this study: first, the influence of the creative process with local social entrepreneurship is similar to the theory proposed by Guclu, Dees and Anderson (2002). It should be noted that it is difficult to get the creative process correct the first time, as it may require further integration with social entrepreneurs’ personal experience, active learning and team feedback, and other factors such as constructive interaction over time to gradually accumulate success and revise the work. Second, for the successful implementation of social entrepreneurship process, entrepreneurs must possess considerable determination and perseverance which could be required at any time during the process. The support of family and friends is needed for the entrepreneurs to be able invest wholeheartedly into the social entrepreneurship project. Third, the real creative process provides opportunities for success, and seems to create momentum for further dynamic social enterprise. An effective "media" strategy, not only increases innovation, but also helps influence dissemination of social entrepreneurship theory, sparking more opportunities with social impact. Fourth, the effective combination of business attributes in order to develop low-cost ways of doing business. Promoting revenue stability for companies through society goals is an important factor in the success for social entrepreneurship or sustainable development.
