水產養殖水質檢測儀之開發

Design of Water Quality Measuring Device for Aquaculture

摘要


隨著全球漁獲逐年到達捕撈極限,養殖漁業為解決漁獲量日益不足之問題,且傳統養殖水質監測多透過人工量測,紀錄及自動化控制養殖參數不易,本研究目的建置一套遠端定點自動量測水質之檢測儀,搭配電腦端人機介面,檢測項目包含有:DO、pH、水溫,並能連動增氧設備,達到水產養殖水質檢測自動化之目的。 本篇以Arduino Mega 2560 開發板作為主控核心,並採用Modbus TCP/IP 來做為本篇之通訊方式,透過電腦端人機介面,使用者可掌握當前水質參數,或將所儲存之資料以圖表呈現,並可自訂溶氧量上下限值,檢測儀將自主運作並控制水中溶氧量於該區間當中,當有異常狀況時,電腦端也將發出警訊通知使用者,以便即時應變處理。

As the global wild fisheries’ stock has seen a decline in recent years, aquaculture is considered to be a way for sustaining these fisheries’ stock. However, it’s difficult to record and automatically control the cultivation parameter well as the water quality in traditional aquaculture is mostly measured in manual. The purpose of this research is to design an instrumentation which can be used to measure and detect the water quality at a fixed position by using the user interface from remote monitoring center. The detection includes DO, pH and water quality. At the same time, oxygen equipment is applied too. With these multiple functions, aquaculture is able to attain the aim of detecting water quality automatically. In this thesis, Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller board is the major controller of the entire system and the Modbus.TCP/IP is applied as communication method. With the user interface, the user can observe and manage the current parameter of water quality immediately by displaying the stored data in chart and setting up the optimum range of dissolved oxygen. After finishing all the settings, the instrumentation will work automatically and help to control the dissolved oxygen within the range in settings. The computer will warn the users if any unusual situation happens so that users can manage it at once.
